Kick Off Summer Contest Rules

1. Eligibility & Entry Period

The contest is open to all amateur and professional photographers aged 18 and older.

Employees of the sponsoring organization are not eligible to win.

The submission period opens on July 6, 2026, and closes at 11:59 PM on July 12, 2026. Late entries will not be considered.

No purchase necessary to enter.

This giveaway is not being hosted in collaboration with or endorsed by StockX.

2. Submission Guidelines

Entrants may submit a maximum of three photos.

All entries must be submitted digitally via the contest platform’s submission portal.

Photos must be in JPEG or PNG format and cannot exceed 10MB.

No watermarks, signatures, borders, or dates/time stamps should be included on the images.

3. Content & Ethics

All photographs must be original work entirely created by the entrant.

The welfare of any subject (human, animal, or environment) must be prioritized. Harassing or endangering subjects to capture an image is strictly prohibited.

AI-generated images, composited elements from different photos, and heavy digital manipulation that distorts the integrity of the scene are not permitted. Basic cropping and color correction are acceptable.

Photos will be judged on creativity, skill, and the celebration of the sneaker.

4. Copyright & Usage Rights

Photographers retain full copyright and ownership of their images.

By entering, participants grant the sponsoring organization a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, publish, and promote the submitted photos in connection with the competition and associated exhibitions.

5. Prize

One winner will receive a $500 digital gift card to StockX.

Familius will contact the winner within a week of the competition closing.

If the winner does not claim their prize within seven days of being notified, it will be forfeited and given to another entrant.
