If you’d rather not send a check in the mail, here’s an easy way to pay online with your credit card. Just fill in the amount found on your invoice, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button, and checkout online!
If the total amount is less than $65, you will be automatically charged a $5 shipping fee. Either subtract $5 from your total amount or pay via the CC Authorization form to avoid these fees.
