Are you ready to transform meal planning from a solo chore into a fun, family activity? Not only will this make dinners stress-free, but it’ll also get everyone involved in planning, prepping, and even cooking. Meal planning is an awesome way to save time, bond as a family, and maybe even inspire your kids to try new foods. Let’s dive into the daily steps, tips, and ideas to get your family meal planning started!

Week 1: Laying the Foundation

1. Set Goals Together

Gather everyone around the table and brainstorm your family’s meal goals. Are you looking to save money? Try new foods? Eat healthier? Create a big list of ideas and narrow it down to the top three goals you all agree on.

2. Assign Roles

Let each family member pick a job that interests them. Kids might want to be the “Recipe Selector” or “Grocery List Helper.” Give everyone a role, whether it’s planning, shopping, chopping, setting the table, or doing the dishes.
