It is time for you to break that magnetic pull that compels you to use every last one of your coupons before they expire, and start thinking about what you really should be buying for your pantry. I’m not suggesting that you remove the junk food from your house cold turkey. You’d have a child rampage on your hands! Your kids will definitely notice if all the Pop Tarts and chips have been replaced with tomatoes and broccoli. That adjustment is difficult and mostly unrealistic.
